Thank you for choosing M&M Entertainment to put the fun in your function. My name is Michael Mahoney, the owner/operator of M&M Entertainment. I began my experience as an entertainer in 1989. I was a communication major at St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine, where I picked up the microphone for my first experience as a disc jockey for the college radio station, WSJB. In 1991, I moved on to WMPG in Portland, and later became a news and weather announcer at WSHL at Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts.

While pursuing my degree at Stonehill and working at WSHL, I took a position as a back up DJ in a small club in Brockton, Massachusetts. I eventually became the house DJ at the same club and soon thereafter performed at private parties and events. Thus, M&M Entertainment was born!

In 1997, M&M Entertainment moved to Portland, Maine, where the people and businesses have treated us well. Since our move to Maine, we have performed at hundreds of events throughout southern Maine. We’re proud to provide the best in disc jockey entertainment, including Karaoke, full lighting systems and a wide array of party favors designed to enhance any function.

My music libraries include over 15,000 songs from the Big Bands of the 1930’s and 1940’s to the chartbusters of today, all on compact disc. Our equipment is state of the art and performances are always tasteful and top notch. I am a full service Master of Ceremonies who will fill your event with music and/or activities designed to enhance any occasion.
